Parovel

The Parovel family vineyard was started officially in 1898 with our great-great grandfather Pietro Parovel. Together with his six children he produced wines and olive oil. His son Maximilian Parovel with his wife Francesca continued the business after the famine that followed the Second World War. In the 70s Zoran Parovel and his wife Rosa Cvetka Glavina took over the family tradition, giving new life and direction to the production of wine and extra virgin olive oil from Trieste. The company is now led by their children Elena and Euro Parovel. Their passion for the earth and its fruits, grapes, and olives has distinguished the Parovel family throughout generations of viticulture and wine making.
